Our recipe for the perfect cappuccino is an excellent espresso combined with an airy steamed milk foam. At the right temperature, and prepared by the hand of a professional of course!

A good espresso is just the beginning! The creamy milk foam that completes it is the most important element in making an excellent Latte (equivalent to "spilled coffee" in Switzerland).

Flat White is a blend of espresso and milk micro-foam, with a higher proportion of coffee than milk. If this drink has its origins in Australia, it is at Coffee Island that it is most revealed!
